Fairytale wedding...

It's hard to decide on a photographer for a wedding, especially when there are so many out there! Who do you chose for your big day? I believe you will know when you see the photographers work. You will get that 'feeling'!

I often use my telephoto lens for weddings as much as that may surprise everyone!

I favour and love "off-shot" photos, the candid ones! These are often caught when the camera isn't in your face or in vision. I like to blend in at weddings, because I know that not many people enjoy having their photograph taken!

I also find that the candid photos usually hold a lot more meaning to them, they usually tell a bit of story if you will.

Working around animals and fast-moving rural environments has taught me patience, observation and the ability to capture genuine moments as they unfold — qualities that are just as valuable when photographing weddings.

Whether documenting a wedding day or a quiet countryside portrait session, my focus is always on creating timeless images with emotion, atmosphere and authenticity.
